Hazard Involved: The products contain a fuse whereby the coating does not comply with intrinsic safety requirements and is a potential ignition hazard when used in Class I, Division 1, Zone 0 and Zone 1 hazardous (classified) locations.  See attached Product Alert CFR-18D-DY03E dated May 14, 2018, issued by Yokogawa Electric Corporation.  The affected product must be returned to Yokogawa Electric Corporation.
