Alert Summary

FM Approvals has been made aware of a falsified Certificate of Compliance (CoC) issued on FM Approvals’ letterhead. The document (attached as Fig. 1) is a scanned image of the falsified CoC misrepresenting Cleanroom filters made by VAF Manufacturing in Viet Nam as FM Approved. We attempted to contact VAF but they were not reachable.
