FM Approval Status: All models bearing the FM certification mark.

Hazard Involved: System Sensor has determined that due to an electronic component quality problem, the potential exists for low volume sound output or no sound output on the models listed above with date codes 3034 and 3035 (corresponding to shipment dates of March 20, 2023 to April 3, 2023). For the P2WL-LF, this issue does not impact the products ability to flash but does impact the sound output.

System Sensor has identified an issue that could affect the sound output on the Products with date codes 3034 and 3035. Even if an issue was not identified at the time of commissioning, this notification is a safety issue and should be addressed promptly and the product replaced to avoid potential problems with system operations which may occur.

System Sensor has registered the situation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)
