FM Approvals has been made aware of an altered FM Approvals Certificate of Compliance (CoC) that was identified in circulation in Mexico. The document (attached as Figure 1) is an image of the suspect CoC misrepresenting products as FM Approved.

The origin of the Certificate of Compliance is unknown.
