FM Approvals has been made aware of two falsified FM Approvals Certificates of Compliance (CoC).  The documents (attached as Figures 1 & 2) are images of the falsified CoCs misrepresenting Leyon Steel Co.,Ltd, Non-Gasketed Pipe Fittings for Use with Aboveground Sprinkler Systems and Gasketed & Non-Gasketed Pipe Fittings for Use with Aboveground Fire Protection Systems as FM Approved.  FM Approvals has no relationship with a company called Leyon Steel Co., Ltd.

Product Identity: Non-Gasketed Pipe Fittings for Use with Above Ground Sprinkler Systems and Gasketed & Non-Gasketed Pipe Fittings for Use with Aboveground Fire Protection Systems.

FM Approval Status:  Not FM Approved.

Hazard Involved:  The products described in the falsified CoCs in Figures 1 & 2 below have never been tested or certified as FM Approved.  Use of products that falsely claim FM Approval may present a property risk for the user.
