Alert Summary

FM Approvals has been made aware of a falsified Certificate of Compliance (CoC) issued on FM Approvals’ letterhead. The document (attached as Fig. 1) has been altered to misrepresent duct and pipe insulation manufactured by Kingflex as FM Approved. Kingflex has retracted the counterfeit CoC from their website. They also claim there have been no products manufactured or falsely labeled as FM Approved.
