FM Approvals has been made aware of a falsified FM Approvals Certificate of Compliance (CoC).  The document (attached as Figure 1) is an image of the falsified CoC misrepresenting products associated with Jinan United Perfect Building Materials Corporation as FM Approved.  Jinan United Perfect Building Materials Corporation has never had a relationship with FM Approvals.

Hazard Involved:  The products described in the falsified CoC in Figure 1 have never been tested or certified as FM Approved on behalf of Jinan United Perfect Building Materials Corporation.  Use of products that falsely claim FM Approval may present a property risk for the user.
