Alert Summary

FM Approvals has been made aware of a falsified FM Approvals Certificate of Compliance (CoC). The document (attached as Figure 1) is an image of the falsified CoC misrepresenting Hydrocore High Pressure Water Mist Systems Protection of 260m3 Machinery and Turbine in Enclosures Application as FM Approved. FM Approvals contacted Hydrocore and they claim they are not responsible for the falsified document. Hydrocore is investigating the origin of the falsified CoC.

Hydrocore does not claim FM Approval of any of its product lines. If you have any information pertaining to the falsified CoC in Figure 1, bring that information to the contacts listed below.
