FM Approvals has been made aware of a falsified FM Approvals Certificate of Compliance (CoC). The falsified CoC misrepresents flexible sprinkler hose models as FM Approved. The CoC in Figure 2 was issued to our actual customer Hangzhou Ehase-Flex Co., Ltd. who is investigating the source of the falsified document.
