FM Approvals has been made aware of an altered FM Approvals Certificate of Compliance (CoC) that was identified in circulation in the Philippines. The document (attached as Figure 1) is an image of the suspect CoC misrepresenting products as FM Approved.

The product model designations, referenced in the falsified CoC, are valid model numbers for Victaulic FM Approved product listed in the FM Approvals - Approval Guide.
