FM Approvals has been made aware of a potential issue with Chemguard foam extinguishing systems utilizing a CDP 2500 ULTRA-WIDE Proportioner and ULTRAGUARD 3x3 CUG AR-AFFF foam concentrate. The proportioner and concentrate combination may not be proportioning within required tolerances.
