Cavity wall construction can have many benefits but, if not built correctly, the consequences could be devastating. A cavity wall provides a confined space where fire could spread and rain could infiltrate.

Cavity walls which are certified by FM Approvals are designed by the manufacturer so that fires don't propagate, they won't fail due to wind and rain doesn't cause unwanted leakage.
